Golden Glitz - Friday's Fancies



It is the 50th week of Friday's Fancies so very fittingly {AV} chose a golden anniversary theme! I'm in love with gold jewelry right now and I knew right away I wanted to include some in this look. I've gotta say, I would SO LOVE to own this ring and these earrings from Melissa Joy Manning. I just discovered her through Fash Boulevard and her jewelry is just my style, but sadly really expensive! Anyway, my 4th wedding anniversary is coming up next month, and if I lived a glitzier life I just might choose a gorgeous sequin dress like this one to go celebrate in! As it is, I will probably go out on a casual date in a much simpler outfit, but that's fine because who you're with and what you're celebrating is more important than what you're wearing!

    Who doesn’t love gold jewelry? Gold is gold no matter if you’re not into sparkly accessories. But yeah, sad to say they’re expensive. But hey, that was your wedding anniversary. I hope your hubby gave in to giving this to you as a gift. Dann Hires @ McCarty's Jewelry
